End of year thoughts 2021

Updated: Jan 4

Hello everyone,

I hope this email finds you well as we approach Christmas and the end of another wild year.

I had thought I might be updating you on some recent estate tax law changes, but there's nothing to report on that front. (So sorry to disappoint you)! Instead, I wanted to point out some links that may or may not be applicable to your situation. I found these articles to be good overviews of the subjects discussed if you're interested.

With that in mind, consider checking out any of the following that might be of interest to you.

How to Leave a Bequest of Your Iphone Data

Be careful not to disinherit your children if you're widowed or divorced

Consider Setting Up a Social Security Representative Payee since the IRS Won't Recognize Powers of Attorney

As always, if you have questions about your planning, I'm happy to help (although I'd rather not hear from you from December 23rd to 27th or again from December 30th to January 3rd, 2022). I know you understand.

Take care and have a wonderful holiday season!

Jason Ebert
